I created The Brain Overlap Method™ to help people like you rebuild imagination and reconnect with the creative power of your mind - especially when it’s been buried by burnout, self-doubt, or disappointment. My method combines rest, gratitude, neuroscience, and strategy to give you practical, shame-free steps forward.

Why I Do This Work

I’ve lived through rock-bottom moments and made it out the other side - not because I wished things were different, but because I imagined something more and aligned myself with it, piece by piece.

That journey taught me a powerful truth:
The life I wanted wasn’t out of reach. It was waiting for me to claim it.

Now, I help others do the same—by teaching them to imagine bigger, receive more, and step fully into the life they know they’re meant for.
